Learning at Home

Good Morning Everyone! I hope you are all doing well and continuing your education as best as possible. I want to hear from everyone on how it's going so far. We can keep our conversations going even from a distance!
What is your favorite thing about being home? How have you spent most of your time this week? Do you think you would like to homeschool permanently?

    My favorite thing is not having to wake up early and get dressed and I also like not being on a schedule. I have done a lot of over the break and a lot more coming up but I already miss my friends. I couldn’t be at home permanently because I don’t want my house to become school! Collin

    Good Morning, Mrs. Huff! We are all having fun getting to work at our own pace and getting to talk and listen to music while working. Sema'J and I have been chugging along with the work and we have been taking frequent breaks in between assignments. It may be an inconvenience for some, but we are definitely having a lot of fun. We love you Mrs. Huff!

    My two favorite things are not having to wake up as early and I can play games more. As I said, I would be playing games(mostly), but I do work assignments from other teachers as well. I would not like to be like this permanently because this is kind of like school, but it is two times as worst than school with more work all day wrather than six and a half hours of learning and the rest of that day playing games and with our friends and studying.

    My favorite thing about being home is not waking up so early in the morning and getting dressed. I have not done a lot of stuff over this break, but i hope all of this corona stuff will go away before spring break. I would not like to be home schooled because i would miss my friends, its similar to regular school.But i would hate being home schooled and ready for all of the sports to be back. Fuller

      Hi Fuller! I know you miss playing baseball with all of your friends. I hate that your season got cut short because of all of this. Sleeping in a little is definitely my favorite part, too.

    I have done a lot over the week. I really like how I don't need to get dressed and be rushed between periods. I really don't want time be at home permanently because then I can't see my friends.

      Hi Aiden! Not having to get up early and get dressed up everyday is definitely one of my favorite parts of being at home, too. I'm sorry you miss your friends. Hopefully you can see them very soon!

    Hi Mrs. huff, being off and all is good but I miss seeing all my friends.My favorite thing to do at home is to play on my computer with my friends and family. 90% of the time I have been doing just that all day every day. Well after I do my school work. And to be perfectly honest I used to want to be homeschooled when I was younger but as I got older I realized that there is only so much you can learn online. I hope this all ends soon.

    Hi Mrs.Huff, this is Dylan Moore. I think it suck that our soccer season got cancelled this year. I am doing a lot of running during this time off. I am also playing with my cousins. I think the idea of having classes online is cool because i don't have to rush between periods or get dressed and i can sleep in! I also kinda miss my friends...

    Good morning! My favorite thing about being home is being able to hang out with my family more and talking with my online friends. Mostly, I've been trying to keep up with my work here at home, but I have also been hanging out with my family. Not much is going on, we just got a new pet to! So I've been playing with him. Honestly, I would love to be home schooled because I won't have to wake up or spend money on school things, But also, I like school. I made, and am still making, close friends to have fun with. School brings us all together to give us a hint of what life is like outside of the safety of our homes. Anyway, hope you all have a good rest of your time at home!     Hey Mrs. Huff! This is Berkleigh. My favorite thing about being home is getting to spend more time with my family and not having to be on a schedule. I miss my friends and teachers so much and I can't wait to see them again!! I've spent the majority of my time this week watching movies and going outside. I used to think that I wanted to home school, but now that I actually have to I don't really like it. I love spending time with my family at home, but now that I'm away from school, I realize that I have a family at school too. I miss everybody and I can't wait to see y'all again!!! Stay safe!!

    Hey this is Ben, what I like about being home is not waking up early and being able to work at my own pace and have my own schedule, I've been working outside with my dad and I have been playing video games with my friends and talking to them on the phone, In my opinion I would not like to be home schooled because i don't want to always to have school in my house.
